Who is KM Jones?

The team at KM Jones have over 20 years experience in the London property market. For Katy Jones (BSc Hons) this experience included working in the most competitive and cut-throat residential estate agency area of London; Putney has 24 agents fighting for business within 1/4 mile radius, and provides a comprehensive grounding in the best and worst that the industry can deliver. Further experience includes both International Property Sales and Commercial agency which presented the opportunity to understand in detail the complexities of lease negotiation, land sales and planning regulations. After gaining a wealth of knowledge about the inner workings of the London Property Market, it was time to establish KM Jones London Homes.

KM Jones recently recruited Lorina Sinclair who has previously worked onsite at Highbury Stadium Square, selling apartments off plan for over 5 years. Lorina has extensive knowledge of the development, apartment layouts, views and fittings, and has personally visited every single apartment in the development. Her knowledge and expertise in Highbury Stadium Square make her an excellent asset to the company and further reinforce our long term commitment to Highbury Stadium Square and the N5 area.

Rather than being specifically tied to one area of London as many agents are, KM Jones sells and lets properties across the capital, typically within travel zones 1 & 2. Since 2008 KM Jones has concentrated on servicing owners and tenants in the Highbury Stadium Square development- the former Arsenal Football Stadium, agreeing over 90 lettings at the site to date. Other large scale developments we are frequently involved in include Pan Peninsular at Canary Wharf, Latitude at Clapham South, This Space in Clapham North and Beziere at Old Street.

KM Jones is registered under the CEARA Office of Fair Trading Estate Agents Regulatory Scheme.
KM Jones has achieved both National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) Technical Award in Residential Sales, and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Technical Award in Residential Lettings. Both of these qualifications require extensive industry experience and represent 120+ hours of combined study and examinations.
