A good letting agent is trustworthy, efficient, courteous and effective. Many letting agents we have come across do not inspire confidence and you may reluctantly hand over your keys wondering if they really have the best interests of your property and your wallet at heart! At KM Jones we have a simple rule; if we would not let a tenant live in our own property, we won't encourage them to move into yours. And equally if you are a tenant looking for good quality accommodation, we won't show you substandard accommodation that we ourselves would not consider fit for purpose.

The London lettings market is extremely fast paced, and rents and availability fluctuate on a weekly basis.  If you are looking to rent, or you own good quality accommodation in prime London, particularly but not exclusively N5, N1, and the city/city fringes we would be delighted to assist you.

In partnership with Rouse Property Services we also offer a comprehensive Property Management service. This includes rent collection, full administration of the tenancy, regular inspections, arranging repairs, dealing with all utility companies and even paying ground rent and services charges if required. If your property is in need of redecoration or requires a full refurbishment we can arrange for the work to be overseen by an experienced project manager and ensure that building and letting regulations are met. We can also assist in budgeting which will ensure that your extra investment in the property relates to a real increase in rental income or sale price.
